Monday started out with thunder and a downpour that lasted till noon. Then everything stopped. The clouds cleared and the sun came out. Buck and I went for a jaunt through the fields and up to the creek, which is over it's banks. After being so dark and rainy everything seems to be extra saturated with color. The sky seems bluer, the grass is greener. Even the wild honeysuckle is a more vivid orange this year.
It's raining again today.
